Meet Dr. Wes Kurtz
Dr. Wes Kurtz was born and raised in Rowlett, Tx. As a kid he played every sport he could get his hands on. After graduating from Rowlett High School, he attended the University of North Texas where he studied Kinesiology and Health Promotion. He knew he wanted to work with the body, so over one summer he interned at a local chiropractor’s office.
Chiropractic Education
He graduated from Parker University in 2017, and immediately began working as an associate chiropractor in Plano, Texas. It was around this time that he met his future wife Marissa, playing adult softball with his friends. After 5 years of being an associate, Dr. Kurtz was comfortable enough to take the next step as a chiropractor and open Royse City Chiropractic & Rehab in 2022.
Outside the Office
In 2021 he married Marissa, and shortly after they had their son Myles. When not working, he enjoys spending time with both of them. He also enjoys playing golf, and keeping up with his favorite football and basketball teams. On Friday nights during football season you can catch him on the sidelines of the Royse City football team to help the sports medicine team provide care to the athletes.
